Welcome to Tetraquism. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tetraquism, a mobile game created by Trodatech AS. By installing, accessing, or using Tetraquism, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the game.
Acceptance of Terms
Your access to and use of Tetraquism is subject exclusively to these Terms. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Trodatech AS.
User Conduct
Users are expected to play Tetraquism fairly and respectfully. You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, or engage in any behavior that may affect the integrity or performance of the game or negatively affect other players' experience.
Intellectual Property
All content included in Tetraquism, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the game, is the property of Trodatech AS or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.
Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Tetraquism offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, "Tetraquism Pro", available as monthly and annual plans. The current price of each plan is displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by region. Tetraquism also offers consumable in-app purchases (such as diamonds and tickets) that do not renew.
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies, and we do not control or process them directly.
Disclaimers
Tetraquism is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trodatech AS disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. Furthermore, Trodatech AS makes no representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of the materials in the game.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Trodatech AS be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use Tetraquism.
Termination
Trodatech AS reserves the right to terminate your access to the game for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
Changes to Terms of Service
Trodatech AS reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of Tetraquism after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Norway, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Norway for the resolution of any disputes.
